From suet to jar
We render directly from raw Icelandic suet — no shortcuts, no additives. Each batch is slow-rendered at low temperatures to preserve the integrity of the fat, then finely filtered until only pure, shelf-stable tallow remains. That's the whole process. One ingredient in. One ingredient out.

We're a husband-and-wife team who came to Iceland for the views and stuck around for what grows and grazes here. With our focus on clean products and sustainability, the country drew us in naturally. We make things we'd want to use ourselves, and we're glad to share them with you.
